How to search for products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get on the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

How to purchase a product?

• If you are already on the product page you want to buy. You need to select the required parameters like color and size.
• Once you select the price will be updated and the “Add to Cart” button will be activated. Click on the “Add to Cart” button.
• A new Popup will open which will give options to select similar products. You can add the product or click on “Checkout” from the bottom right.
• Now you will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to input your shipping details like name, email, and address.
• Once all the required details are filled in. It will ask you to pay by Paypal or Credit card.
• Once you provide the payment details and hit the pay button, you will receive an email from us with the product and shipping details.
• Please check the details carefully (especially the address and size), in case of any issues please contact us within 12 hours of your order.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.

There could be multiple reasons:

• Sometimes emails go to your Junk/Spam folder, so we suggest checking the Junk/Spam folder as well.
• Check the email ID you provided us while ordering. Sometimes there is a typo while providing the email IDs.
• Sometimes payment doesn’t go through.  Please check if the transaction is showing as successful or failed.
• If you still didn’t receive the email after a couple of hours. Please feel free to contact us with the order details and our team shall be able to help you.

How can I track my order? 

• As soon as your payment is done you shall get an email with the order confirmation. Please add the email address in your address book so that you will receive all communications from us.
• Within 3-4 business days of your order, it will be shipped and we will send you another email with the tracking number. There could be different tracking numbers for your products.
